What Do You Want to Accomplish This Week? Build the Foundation For A Productive Week Ahead Starting Now

judy finelli

Say goodbye to the Monday blues and shift your mind to appreciate the fact that you have the opportunity yet again to start over.  Whatever you didn't show up for the previous week or just didn't get done, Mondays allow you to start fresh and renewed.  Make it a priority to focus on a plan and execute it as soon as possible.  Starting something is often times the hardest part but breaking tasks into chunks at a time will make it easier and more manageable to get going.

Just a bit more insight..

When you begin the week with clarity and purpose, the more you'll look forward to the start of every week thereafter with enthusiasm.  All it takes is a little more effort on your part to get organized and simply go for it.

Being grateful for what you've just accomplished by shifting your mindset about the beginning of the week will take you further away from dreading Mondays again.

Here's to a productive day and week ahead!

You know when you start a new workout routine and you're totally psyched about in the beginning but then feel derailed by whatever curveball life throws at ya and suddenly you're back to square one?  Yup, I've been there!

Truth is, derailment can happen during any routine you're trying to keep going.  Whether it's fitness, eating well, getting more sleep or having more awesome sex with your partner regularly.   The thing is, it happens to all of us from time to time!  The key to keeping the momentum going is scheduling the important stuff and making them non- negotiable.  In other words, put stuff on your calendar that you ACTUALLY WANT TO DO AND ACCOMPLISH and FOLLOW THROUGH.  Don't let mediocrity eat up your momentum to achieve excellence and balance in the areas of your life that need it most.

So when you think to yourself, "I'll start again next week or on the first of the month".. I say, forget all that and start TODAY!  Everyday lends itself to incredible possibility and opportunity if your heart is open to receive it.  Waiting to start something dilutes the excitement you have to do it and it's so important to ride the wave of momentum while you can and while the wave itself exists.

If yesterday’s efforts were mediocre, push harder today & set yourself up for success in what you seek to accomplish. Small victories matter.

Have you been derailed in an area of life that needs your attention, and you're not putting in too much effort to achieve a certain goal?  Let me here it in the comments.. you know the drill ;)

Living Life On Your Own Terms & Why You Must Start NOW!

judy finelli

I find it interesting that as mothers, we are easily judged about our parenting styles, how we choose to spend quality time with our children and spouses, to what we eat, what we look like at drop off to.. you name it..

Being a mother is not the easiest job in the world. In fact, I had great hope of having a different mindset once it was my turn because I kept hearing how challenging it was.  Well, it was definitely not a lie and I now see why some moms throw in the towel on themselves and their dreams to focus solely on their kids' happiness and well-being.

Having two children of my own, I can tell you that it's not uncommon for mothers to go through stages of life in which they feel depleted, overwhelmed and alone.  It's even worse when you feel that your partner doesn't understand you and isn't fully invested.
So my friend, before you become resentful, don't allow your best years to pass you by.
Whatever it is you want to do for yourself, make the time and invest in YOU.

✨It’s your journey and your right to live this life as you have been called to. Don’t be afraid to make changes even when those around you don’t fully understand your “Why” or fear to do the same for themselves. ✨

Please, I urge you with all my heart from one woman to another, don't allow your life to pass you by and then allow regret to become a permanent resident in your soul.  You deserve better than that!

Tell me below what you are yearning to do for yourself that you've been putting off doing?  Let's make it happen!
